- What is Conductori?
Conductori is a pocket orchestra that lets you perform and record great classical music. The tempo, dynamics and balance of instruments can be changed as the music plays. You can use the recordings you make on your social media, website or similar online content. No additional license fees or contracts are required. You can also synch with your photos to make a musical reel.
- Where does the Conductori music come from?
All the compositions, arrangements, cadenzas and so on used in Conductori are public domain. The recordings have been created by Conductori. - Can I use Conductori in a classroom setting?
Yes. Conductori can be used in a personal, commercial or educational context. There are a range of use cases that are not permitted (see below). - What are the prohibited use cases?
Conductori recordings cannot be used for the following scenarios:
- uploading the Recordings as stand-alone audio tracks on music platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music
- resale or sub-licence
- standalone recordings for distribution through Spotify, sale of mp3 recordings and similar platforms or distribution through physical recordings
- synchronization with broadcast content
- theatrical or other public performance
- incorporation into mobile applications or other software
- synchronization or other use with illegal, discriminatory, violent, pornographic, political or other inappropriate content including without limitation any content that would not be permitted to be broadcast on local licensed national terrestrial TV stations in the United Kingdom or your place of residence
- creation or use in music / sample library content
- derivative musical recordings incorporating the music supplied through the App
- any manipulation that undermines the integrity of the musical stems supplied through the App or contained in the Recordings including but not limited to pitch change, distortion, flange, reverb, echo, phasing and similar effects

- How do the controls work on the mobile application?
Under the “Settings” option on the Conductori application you can find instructions on how to control the music through the application. - Can I add my own music?
At the moment Conductori only works with the catalogue of pieces we provide. - Is there a version available for Android phones?
Conductori is only available on iPhone. We hope to add different platforms in the future. - What should I do if social media claim copyright infringement with a Conductori recording?
You should dispute the claim and state in your response that the mechanical rights to the music are public domain and that you have the rights to use the recording in your social media as per Conductori terms & conditions.
